Introduction to Angel Baking Products

Angel sugar-tolerant instant dry yeast
This instant dry yeast is used for making bread and steamed bread
with sugar addition level exceeding 5%, the dosage of which in bread
is 0.8-1.2% of flour, while in steamed bread is 0.3-0.5% of flour.
Angel instant dry yeast
This instant dry yeast is used for such flour products as bread
and steamed bread with sugar addition level lower than 7%, the dosage
of which in bread is 0.8-1.2% of flour, while in steamed bread is
0.3-0.5% of flour.
